The East Meadow School District’s Music and Art Partnership program is well underway at the district’s elementary buildings. Students throughout the district got to rehearse their own rendition of “The Nutcracker.”

Music and dance instructor Ms. Oya worked with students on different dance moves, instruments and taught them about the history of “The Nutcracker.” The rehearsals prepped students as they viewed a live performance of “The Nutcracker” at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts on Dec. 17.
