Sixty-one students from East Meadow High School and W.T. Clarke High School were inducted into the National Art Honor Society on March 21.

The ceremony, which took place at Clarke, featured an exhibit of the inductees’ artwork. In addition, Clarke alumna and current East Meadow elementary art teacher Marissa Flaherty served as the guest speaker for the event.

The district congratulates all the inductees and thanks the National Art Honor Society’s advisers Jeannene Arcuri, Marlena Dentrone and Brian O’Neill for organizing such a wonderful evening for the honorees and their families.
