Persons wishing to address the Board of Education must complete a blue speaker’s card available on the Board of Education’s secretary’s desk.

Please be advised that personnel, student, legal and collective bargaining matters will not be addressed at Board of Education communication sessions.  Such issues should be directed to the appropriate school official with the right to appeal to the Superintendent of Schools.  Written statements regarding these matters may be submitted to the Board of Education for review as appropriate.

Generally, each speaker will be given a maximum of three minutes to address the Board of Education; however, the President of the Board of Education, per Board policy, may set parameters governing this segment of communication meetings, including the modification of time permitted per speaker. While at the podium, speakers will state the following information prior to sharing their comments:  name, address, district residency status, organizations they may be representing and topic they wish to discuss.
