Excursions FAQ's 

The East Meadow Union Free School District is proud to offer CAPE Excursions. CAPE Excursions allows campers and families to choose individual trips that are of interest to them. Our trips offer children an opportunity to enjoy numerous activities with other students from the East Meadow School District. With CAPE Excursions, children get a chance to explore and gain real-world experience while enhancing social skills, critical thinking, and resilience. Most of all, CAPE Excursions is fun!!

CAPE Excursions Registration Information

  • Trips are open to East Meadow School District students only.

  • There is a $50 per trip per student NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee.

  • Please note that trip sizes are limited, an early response is recommended.

  • If your child can no longer attend the trip please inform that CAPE office so that this space may be offered to another.

  • Please continue to check the website for up to 48 hours before trips for availability.

  • CAPE Excursions reserves the right to cancel any trip not meeting minimum student enrollment.

  • Please inform CAPE Excursions at the time of registration if your child has individual needs that may require an accommodation.
