Computer Operations, District Technology & Testing
The Director of Testing, Technology and Computer Operations oversees New York State testing, district assessments, district-wide technology and New York State reporting. She works collaboratively with other administrators and classroom teachers to organize, administer, and score the assessments. Moreover, she works collaboratively with administrators and teachers to use data analysis to inform instruction, so that every student works toward meeting or exceeding the New York State learning standards. As the District Data Protection Officer, JoAnne plays an integral role in the implementation and enforcement of Education Law 2d and Part 121 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education.
