East Meadow High School’s Chamber Choir traveled to New York City on June 7 to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
East Meadow’s performance was part of the Manhattan Concert Productions’ Octavo Series under the direction of Dr. Amanda Quist and Dr. Tim Brent. The high school’s chamber choir was one of nine choirs from across the country that performed in the festival.
The students had an amazing weekend of singing and performing in one of the world’s most famous concert halls, and it was an unforgettable experience for the chamber choir.
