On Nov. 11, W.T. Clarke High School’s Marching Band proudly represented the East Meadow community in the 2025 New York City Veterans Day Parade. This annual event, one of the largest celebrations of service in the nation, honors the courage and sacrifice of our veterans and active-duty military members.
Under the direction of Clarke’s dedicated music staff, the high school’s band marched with pride, precision, and spirit through the streets of Manhattan. Their performance was a powerful tribute to those who have served and a testament to the hard work, musicianship, and teamwork that students have demonstrated throughout the entire marching season.
Participating in this historic parade was both an honor and an unforgettable experience for Clarke’s students. The Clarke music program continues to exemplify excellence, community, and the unifying power of music. The district would like to congratulate all of the marching band members, directors, and staff for an outstanding season and for representing Clarke with such distinction.
