The East Meadow High School Theatre Guild and Music Department recently celebrated a standout success with their production of “Chicago,” captivating audiences with a bold and energetic performance.

Presented by the school’s talented student performers and musicians, the show brought the iconic jazz-age story to life with style, precision, and undeniable stage presence. Featuring music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, the production showcased not only the enduring appeal of the musical but also the exceptional abilities of East Meadow’s students.

The cast delivered vibrant performances filled with confidence and charisma, while the dedicated crew worked behind the scenes to ensure a seamless production. In addition, the live pit orchestra elevated the experience, adding richness and excitement that truly “razzle dazzled” the audience. Performed over three shows, the production drew enthusiastic crowds and earned praise for its professionalism and high level of artistry.
