The search for the perfect extracurricular began on Sept. 25, as W.T. Clarke High School students in the East Meadow School District filled the gymnasium for the school’s annual Clubs and Activities Fair.
With a wide variety of clubs, teams and organizations represented, students had the chance to explore their interests and discover new opportunities to get involved. Whether they were looking to pursue a passion, try something completely new or connect with classmates who share their interests, there was no shortage of options to consider.
Throughout the event, club members and leaders welcomed their fellow students at information tables decorated with colorful posters, displays and materials showcasing their activities. Students moved from table to table, asking questions, gathering information and learning what each organization had to offer.
The lively atmosphere gave students a chance to look beyond the classroom and see the many ways they can make their mark at W.T. Clarke. By the end of the fair, students had plenty of new possibilities to consider — and perhaps found a club that was the perfect fit.
