On September 11th, McVey students and staff came together to recognize the 25th anniversary of Patriot Day. Our school community took time to honor the courage, dedication, and selflessness of first responders who serve and protect others each and every day.
Throughout the day, students reflected on the importance of courage, gratitude, service, and standing together as one community. Patriot Day served as a meaningful reminder that helping others, showing kindness, and supporting one another are values that help make our country and our McVey community stronger.
Our Mighty Minds proudly showed their appreciation for first responders while demonstrating what it means to be Mighty Kind, responsible citizens, and caring members of our community. It was a special day of reflection, unity, and American pride at McVey!
