On June 10, the East Meadow School District celebrated numerous scholars during the district’s annual Academic and Athletics Awards ceremony at East Meadow High School.
Following opening remarks from Dave Spinnato, the district’s assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, district administrators and building administrators from all nine schools honored scholars with certificates, medals and awards for their excellence in academics, athletics, clubs and community service. During the distribution of the athletic awards, Director of Physical Education, Health & Athletics Jason Supple recognized all of the high school students who earned the Superintendent Scholar Athlete Award and All-County awards for the spring season.
The district congratulates all of the honorees for their hard work and achievements to this point in their academic careers.
