On October 15, Woodland Middle School celebrated Unity Day, a special event dedicated to promoting kindness, inclusion, unity, and respect. As part of the celebration, the school’s Peer Helpers took the lead in facilitating engaging classroom lessons with 6th-grade students.
During these sessions, Peer Helpers guided meaningful discussions and interactive activities that encouraged students to reflect on the importance of standing together against bullying and supporting one another. Students explored how small acts of kindness can make a big difference in creating a welcoming and inclusive school community.
