On Wednesday, November 26 the 8th graders at Woodland participated in a Team Building Day. Students worked together to complete various activities in their classes focused on communication, collaboration and critical thinking. By participating, students learn to communicate effectively and build trust within their school community. These experiences help strengthen relationships between classmates and foster a sense of belonging that can improve school climate. Ultimately, a team-building day equips students with the confidence and cooperation skills needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
