On May 30, W.T. Clarke Middle School’s Eighth Grade Performing Ensemble in East Meadow had an exciting and memorable day as they participated in the Trills and Thrills Music Festival in New Jersey.

After weeks of preparation, the students performed a selection of musical pieces for a panel of adjudicators who offered feedback and encouragement. Their hard work paid off, as each ensemble was honored with a plaque recognizing their performance.

After the festival, the group continued the celebration with a well-deserved trip to Six Flags Great Adventure. It was a perfect way to reward their efforts and enjoy time together after a successful performance.

Congratulations to all of W.T. Clarke’s talented students for their dedication, teamwork, and musical achievement!
