The Boys bowling team continued its dominance on the lanes yesterday sweeping Hicksville 11-0. The Jets were led by Freshman Angelo Dungca, Junior Nate Rose, and Senior Tyler Castle. Dungca bowled a 675 series with games of 210,202, and 263. Rose bowled a 631 series with games of 201, 197, and 233. Castle bowled a 601 series with games of 223 and 213. Freshman Tyler Pashnick helped out with a game 1 201. Congrats to the Jets!!

EMHS Journalism class, Theater Arts class, Tenth Grade ENL class, and the Connections Club 'couldn't be happier' to see Wicked: For Good. Journalism students worked on review writing while theater and ENL students studied the live musical brought to the big screen. Ms. Anderson, Mrs. Piombino, Mrs. Priole, and Ms. Steele loved watching many students experience a musical for the first time."

James capped off his incredible career by being named overall game MVP, putting up 150+ yards and 3 TDs, including the game-winning touchdown on a clutch late 4th-quarter drive. Trevor represented East Meadow with poise, leadership, and the same toughness that defined his entire career.

Mrs. Mohring's Fashion class visited Tanger outlets in Riverhead. Students toured the facility and had a presentation from the Marketing Director Leslie Anthony. The students were then able to take in the facility and have a great day at Tanger.





Mrs. Luciano's NY NY class has an amazing tour of Citi Field. From stepping onto the warning track to checking out the Mets’ clubhouse hallway and press areas, the students were totally captivated. It was the perfect mix of sports history, behind-the-scenes access, and pure excitement.

The EMHS Class of 2026 celebrated a night out at the Westbury Manor. The Senior Banquet was a huge success with the majority of the class in attendance. The night was filled with good friends, great food, dancing and of course the awarding of the Senior Superlatives.

Congratulations to the East Meadow Cheerleaders for an amazing season. Yesterday the Jets competed at the States in Troy New York and took 4th place. Great showing for East Meadow, we are very proud.




On Saturday the Jets competed in the Cross Country State Qualifier at LIU. Congratulations to the team on an amazing season and a special shout out to Zaria Hall who won the race. Zaria will represent East Meadow at the States. Emily Zaradich, Allison Kim, and Ashley Zheng all placed in the top 25. Awesome job girls...
Congratulations to our Varsity Football team, winning their home playoff game on Friday 28-20 against Calhoun and becoming Big Four Champions. Congratulations to all of our seniors, winning their last home game and sending us back to Hofstra. Come show your school spirit as they head to Hofstra and take on Garden City Saturday 5:30pm in the Nassau County semi-finals.


Congratulations to Eli Gilkey for qualifying for the Nassau County Individual Golf Tournament to be held at Bethpage State Park in the spring. Eli qualified with a handicap of 3.25 finishing 12th overall in Nassau County. We wish him the best of luck in the tournament!
