We’d like to give a huge shoutout to our Girls Varsity Soccer Team – for their incredible 7–0 victory over Glen Cove!

It was a total team win, with every single player getting minutes on the field – and here are some standout highlights:

Ella Giordano netted 2 goals.

Charli Tesoriere also scored 2 goals.

Vanessa Tomack notched her first goal of the season and added an assist.

Freshman, Isabella Oliveria scored her first varsity goal of her career.

Sienna Reyes tallied her first goal of the season.

Marla Hogarth Pierre added an assist.

And in net, goalie Ava Matthews continued her strong season with 2 more saves to her stat collection.

The Boys Varsity Volleyball Team pulled off a reverse sweep victory against Oceanside. After dropping the first two sets, the team battled back to win three sets straight and secure the match. Senior Outside Hitter, Parker Goldstein, led offensively with a dominant 27 kills with a .392 percentage. Followed by Senior Right-Side Ryan Jacobs, making a significant impact with 11 kills, 3 aces and contributing to 6 blocks. Senior Middle Blocker Ben Barbara had a career offensive game with 10 kills and 1 block hitting .421. The sophomores also made their presence felt — Kellen Skorros fired in 4 aces and contributed to 9 blocks, while Austin Zhu anchored the defense in the back row with 11 digs to keep rallies alive. Congratulations to the team on this exciting comeback win!

Yesterday the boys JV soccer team won its sixth consecutive game with a thrilling 4-3 comeback victory against Hempstead. After being down 3-1 at halftime the Jets relentless attack produced 3 goals in the second half. Isaac Costa scored 3 goals and 1 assist which included the game

winner in the closing seconds of the game. TJ Snow also contributed with a 1 goal and 1 assist. And Ari Bincovich-Chavez had one assist. The Jets take on Freeport tomorrow at 5 pm for their next contest.

Yesterday, the Girls’ Soccer Team battled hard in a thrilling 3–3 tie against Roslyn. The Jets left it all on the field in an exciting and chippy matchup! Goalie Ava Matthews had an incredible game with 15 huge saves to keep the team in it. Junior Emily Klin got the Jets started with the first goal, assisted by Charli Tesoriere. Freshman Charli Tesoriere wasn’t done, she added 2 more goals, with an assist from Ella Giordano. The team showed outstanding hustle from Marla Hogarth-Pierre and Izzy Oliveria, while defenders Zoe Pedicini, Peyton Chester, and Cameron Gilmor anchored a strong back line. Midfielders Ella Giordano, Jayden Padgett and Vanessa Tomack also had excellent performances, controlling the flow of the game. The girls are back in action Thursday, away at Glen Cove—good luck, Jets!

The JV field hockey team won a tough battle against South Side yesterday. Goals scored by Addison Finn and Ashley Lipack resulting in a 2-1 victory. Great job by defense keeping it out of our circle. Great saves by our goalies.

The girl's varsity field hockey team accomplished a great win over Southside! This intense game went into overtime and then shootouts, with goals by Gianna Ventura, Anna Barbieri, Gabriella Shephard and Crystal Cruz! Shoutout to goalie Eva Kyriakidis for some amazing saves!

The boys golf team was defeated by Garden City 8-1. Eli Gilkey won his match and defeated Garden City's number 1 player by shooting a 4 over par 40 for 9 holes at the Garden City Men's Club. The team will take on Mineola on Thursday.

On Saturday the boys JV soccer team earn its fifth consecutive victory with a 5 - 0 win over Westbury. It was an outstanding overall team effort all over the field. Solid play from goalies Aidin Deljanin and Angel Castellanos help lead the shut out. Goals were scored by Jonah Aguirre, Michael Pokaliuk, Xavi Sanchez, T.J. Snow, and Zachary Zucker. Assists from Ari Bincovich-Chavez, Isaac Costa, Leonel Cunha, and Ryan DeVoti really demonstrated the solid team play. The Jets take on Hempstead tomorrow afternoon.

Congratulations on the varsity football team who opened their season with a 49-13 win against Bellmore Kennedy this past weekend. Quarterback Trevor Smith ran for 114 yards and 3 Touchdowns and threw for 141 yards, including a 40 yard touchdown pass to Nick Schwabe. James Galiano ran for 187 yards and 1 TD, and Antonio Ribiero picked up a fumble and ran it in for a touchdown on defense. The Jets play Friday home at 6:30 for our Gold Game against New Hyde Park.

The JV Girls Tennis team smashed it on the courts yesterday against Bethpage! Zaria Khan and Esther Roy rallied to a 6-3 win, Nabiha Chowdhury and Rachel Lamb dominated 6-1. Hargun Gulati and Harlean Seth closed our their match 6-4. Way to serve up the victories ladies!

Yesterday, the East Meadow Varsity Soccer team battled hard and finished with a tough 1–1 tie against the Baldwin Bruins. Colin Smith found the back of the net after capitalizing on a deflected shot to get the Jets on the board. In goal, Marvin Espana came up clutch with several crucial saves to keep the game locked and secure the tie for East Meadow. Great effort by the whole team! The Jets are back in action this Wednesday against Herricks—come out and show your support!

Yesterday the boys JV soccer team opened the season with a 4 - 0 victory over Valley Stream Central. It was an outstanding overall team effort. Goals were scored by Michael Pokaliuk, Leonel Cunha, Alexander Villanueva, and Kevin Calu. Zach Zucker had two assists and T.J. Snow had one. The Jets look to keep up the good work as they take on Farmingdale on Saturday morning

This weekend, the East Meadow High School Chamber Choir traveled to New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall as part of Manhattan Concert Productions' Octavo Series under the direction of Dr. Amanda Quist and Dr. Tim Brent. The EMHS Chamber Choir was one of nine choirs from across the country that performed in the festival. The students had an amazing weekend of singing and performing in one of the world's most famous concert halls. It was an experience that they will always remember!
