Our Spring Concert was an incredible showcase of talent and creativity for our students and staff! 🎶✨ The band, orchestra, and chorus put on wonderful performances during the school-day concert. This year’s band and orchestra performance featured a fun Dungeons & Dragons-inspired theme, with a story woven throughout the music that brought the concert to life. We are so proud of all of our student musicians and singers for their hard work and dedication. Mr. A and Mrs. Uhl did an incredible job preparing the students for such a memorable performance!
Teacher Appreciation Week was filled with thoughtful surprises and well-deserved treats for our amazing staff! From raffle baskets and catered food to delicious sweets and a visit from the ice cream truck, our teachers felt so appreciated all week long. A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA for making the week so special.
Crazy Hair Day brought so many laughs and smiles to our school! Students showed off their creativity with all kinds of wild, colorful, and imaginative hairstyles.

Our students were amazed by the “What is Magic?” assembly with John Reid! 🎩✨ This engaging program combined magic and science, showing students how concepts like math, critical thinking, and creativity are all part of the magic they see. With plenty of interactive moments, laughter, and even a floating student, the show kept everyone excited and involved from start to finish. It was a fun and memorable way to bring STEM learning to life!
Ms. Banker’s kindergarten class met up with Mr. Chiappone’s fourth graders in the courtyard for a special visit with the newly hatched chicks! 🐣 It was a wonderful buddy experience as the older students shared their learning and helped the kindergartners get an up-close look.

Our students filled the cafeteria with energy during today’s parade, singing, chanting, and showing amazing school spirit—it truly felt like a pep rally! Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we collected so many donations for the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter.

We kicked off Pawpalooza with an exciting and meaningful assembly for our students! This special week focuses on collecting donations for the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter and was entirely planned by three of our fourth grade students. During the kickoff assembly, these student leaders shared important information about the shelter and how our school community can help animals in need. Students also learned about dog safety and had the opportunity to meet and pet visiting dogs. It was a wonderful way to bring our school community together around kindness, compassion, and giving back.
