Presenting the 2025-2026 BW Kindergarten Nursery Rhymes Olympics! The students competed in the Mother Goose Waddle, the Humpty Dumpty Egg Relay, the Jack Jumps over the Candlestick, and culminated with Ring Around the Rosie! These Olympic Nursery Rhyme athletes had so much fun!

Look who came to visit on Barnum’s School Spirit Day!! It’s everyone’s favorite BOBCAT!!! The students were so excited to see the Barnum Bobcat greeting them as they arrived to school on Friday morning! 💙🤍 @emeadowschools #BarnumBobcats




Ms. Cronin's 4th graders put their problem-solving and teamwork skills to the test in a STEM challenge called Save Fred! Using only paper clips, students had to work together to get Fred the gummy worm safely into his gummy life saver. With lots of creativity, communication, and laughter, they learned the power of collaboration while having fun!









The children in Mrs. Berry‘s kindergarten class celebrated the first day of fall with a culminating activity to their apples unit. The children had fun, recognizing the parts of an apple and labeling it. In math, they worked with Play-Doh to create apples to put on their apple trees and in their bushels on work mats. They read many fictional and informational books about apples. They put apples in size order. They observed apples using their five senses and recorded their answers. Lastly, the children tasted red, green, and yellow apples to decide which one they liked best! A class book was created for their library about their favorite colored apples. The children had fun learning all about apples, and a good time was had by all!










It was "Cozy Vibes Day: Snuggle Up and Dream Big" at Barnum! Students dressed in their cozy clothes and pajamas while they shared their dreams and goals for the new school year!
